Meet your local guide and discover the passion, knowledge and personal service behind Steve’s Peninsula Tours. With years of experience exploring Kerry and Ireland, every journey is carefully planned to create relaxed, memorable experiences for every guest.
I’m Steve, the owner and guide behind Steve’s Peninsula Tours. Based in Dingle, I provide private tours across the Dingle Peninsula, the Ring of Kerry, Killarney National Park and further afield.
Every tour is personally guided by me. There is no large coach, fixed commentary or rushed timetable. Instead, I adapt the day around your interests, the weather and the places that will make your time in Kerry most memorable.
My aim is simple: to help you experience this part of Ireland in a relaxed, personal and meaningful way.
The best tours feel less like following an itinerary and more like exploring with someone who knows the area.
I want guests to understand what they are seeing, but also to have time to enjoy it. That may mean stopping for a viewpoint that is not on the planned route, spending longer at an ancient site, changing direction because the weather has cleared, or recommending somewhere local for lunch.
Every private tour is shaped around the people travelling with me. Some guests are interested in history and archaeology. Others want dramatic scenery, photography, family connections or simply a comfortable day exploring without having to plan every detail themselves.
That flexibility is central to how I guide.
Every tour is private, personally guided and adapted around the people travelling with me.
