2. Booking Policy
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.
A booking is not confirmed until payment is received in full or as otherwise agreed.
We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways.
Alternative arrangements may be made for direct bookings by agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pickup locations, times, and passenger numbers.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
No-shows at the agreed pickup location and time will forfeit the booking and no refund will be issued.
In the event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or vehicle breakdown, we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
4. Pricing and Additional Charges
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Additional charges may apply for services such as extra luggage, child seats, or extended waiting times.
Waiting time beyond the first 15 minutes for transfers will incur a fee of €10 per 15-minute interval.
Gratuities are optional but appreciated for excellent service.
5. Liability and Insurance
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury sustained during the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service booked.
We are not liable for delays or incidents caused by third parties such as traffic conditions or other transport providers.
Customers are strongly advised to obtain their own travel insurance for added protection.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must be ready at the agreed pickup location at the agreed time. Delays may result in missed services.
All customers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver, guide, and any other passengers.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting inappropriately, disrespectfully, or in an unsafe manner.
Please inform us in advance of any special requirements such as child safety seats or mobility assistance.
7. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change the booking time, location, or type of service must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to routes or schedules due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unavoidable events.
8. Chauffeur Services and Special Events
We offer chauffeur services for weddings, special events, funerals, and VIP transfers.
Advance booking is recommended, and a deposit may be required to secure the date.
Final balance is typically due at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.
Any changes to chauffeur bookings must be requested no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
Event cancellations are subject to the same refund policy outlined above unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers may be purchased for specific tour experiences or monetary value.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Redemption is subject to availability, and advance booking is required.
In the event of a cancellation, voucher bookings are subject to the same cancellation terms as standard bookings.
10. Corporate Bookings
We welcome corporate clients for tours, transfers, and bespoke event services.
Custom packages and invoicing arrangements can be agreed upon.
Corporate bookings may be subject to different cancellation terms depending on the size and nature of the booking, which will be outlined in your confirmation.
A signed service agreement or confirmation email may be required for larger group or business bookings.
