1. Definitions

Service refers to all tours, transfers, and other offerings provided by Steve’s Peninsula Tours. Customer/Client refers to any individual or group booking a service through our website or directly with us. Booking refers to the reservation of any of our services.

2. Booking Policy

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation via email. A booking is not confirmed until payment is received in full or as per our payment terms. We accept online payments through secure payment gateways. Alternative arrangements can be discussed for direct bookings. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, such as pickup times, locations, and passenger details.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service are non-refundable. If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or vehicle breakdown, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or the option to reschedule. Customers failing to show up at the agreed location and time will forfeit their booking, and no refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

4. Pricing and Additional Charges

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply for services such as extra luggage, child seats, or extended waiting times. Waiting time beyond the first 15 minutes for transfers will incur a fee of €10 per 15-minute interval. Gratuities are optional but appreciated for excellent service.

5. Liability and Insurance

We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour or transfer. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked with us. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or damages caused by third-party providers such as traffic or other transport services. We recommend that customers obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected events.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must arrive at the designated pickup location at the agreed time. Delays may result in missed tours or transfers. Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward the driver, guide, and other passengers. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group engaging in inappropriate or unsafe behaviour. Notify us in advance if you have special requests, such as child seats or assistance for mobility issues.

7. Changes to Bookings

Changes to booking details, such as time, location, or service, must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries or schedules due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

8. Use of Website

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Steve’s Peninsula Tours unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent. We strive to keep our website accessible at all times. However, we are not liable for interruptions or downtime caused by technical issues.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
