Yes. All our tours are private, so we have flexibility to tailor the experience to your interests. If there are specific sites you want to visit or if you have timing constraints, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate. The goal is to give you a personalized adventure, so minor itinerary changes or special requests are welcome.
Our tours are intimate and limited to small groups, with space for up to 4 people per tour vehicle. This allows for a personal, flexible experience and access to scenic spots that larger buses simply can’t reach. It’s ideal for couples, families, or a small group of friends.
If you’re travelling with a larger group, feel free to get in touch — I’d be happy to recommend reliable local tour operators who offer larger-capacity vehicles and group services.
The Dingle Peninsula’s weather can be unpredictable, but safety and enjoyment are our priorities. We keep an eye on the forecast; a little rain won’t stop a tour (just bring a jacket!), but in case of dangerous conditions we might adjust our route or timing. If weather forces a cancellation on our side, you’ll get the option to reschedule or receive a full deposit refund.
We also try to have indoor or alternate stops up our sleeve so you still have a great experience despite weather changes.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your tour or transfer, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund, or a refund of any amount paid to date, depending on the booking status at the time of cancellation.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour or transfer (for example, due to severe weather or unforeseen operational issues), you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at a time that suits you.
